For Drivers (Independent Contractors):

With Drivers: When a trip is requested, your name, location, contact info, and vehicle details may be shared with the assigned driver.
With Customers: Drivers’ names, profile info, and contact number (temporary or masked, if applicable) may be shared with the customer for coordination.
Service Providers: We work with third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors, cloud services, background check providers).
Legal & Safety Purposes: We may share information to comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of RideWave, users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.
Drivers using RideWave are independent contractors, not employees of RideWave. As such, they are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws when handling customer information. RideWave limits access to customer data and expects all drivers to respect confidentiality and only use the information for the purpose of fulfilling ride requests.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize the data.
